Payment & Refund Policy

• Orders are paid in full before work starts. Payment methods: Stripe (cards), PayPal, Interac e-Transfer (Canada), bank wire (details on invoice).
• Full refund is available any time before work begins.
• Once work has begun, payments are non-refundable; every project includes 2 rounds of revisions within the original scope.
• If we fail to deliver within the quoted time and cannot agree a new date with you, you may cancel for a full refund of the undelivered portion.
• Prices are in USD and exclude taxes; Canadian clients are charged HST at checkout.
• Refunds are returned by the original payment method within 7 business days.
