Terms of Service

Effective date: 7 September 2026. These terms govern services ordered from Global Strawberry, a trading name of 1001104506 Ontario Ltd. ("we"). Placing an order means you accept them.

Quotes and orders

• Quotes are fixed and valid for 14 days.
• Work begins when payment is received in full.
• Delivery times are in business days and start on the first business day after payment and receipt of all required materials.

Revisions and acceptance

• Every project includes 2 rounds of revisions within the original scope; further changes or scope changes are quoted separately.
• Deliverables are deemed accepted 7 days after delivery if no revision request is received.

Intellectual property

• On full payment, the final deliverables and their intellectual property transfer to you. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless you ask otherwise.
• You confirm that materials you supply do not infringe third-party rights.

Liability

• Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
