Privacy Policy

Effective date: 7 September 2026. Global Strawberry is a trading name of 1001104506 Ontario Ltd., Toronto, Canada ("we"). This policy explains what we collect and how we use it, in accordance with Canada's PIPEDA and, for clients in the UK and EEA, the UK/EU GDPR.

What we collect

• Contact details you give us: name, email, WhatsApp/Telegram handle.
• Project information: your order details, files you upload, and correspondence.
• Payment records: handled by our payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, Interac); we never see or store your card numbers.
• Basic analytics: page visits via Google Analytics (anonymised IP).

How we use it

• To quote, deliver and support your order; to send order confirmations and invoices.
• We do not sell personal information and do not send marketing without consent.
• Client information is used only for order delivery and is handled by team members bound by confidentiality agreements.

Retention and rights

• Order records are kept for 7 years for Canadian tax purposes; project files for 12 months after delivery unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
• You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by email. UK/EEA clients also have the rights set out in the GDPR, including complaint to a supervisory authority.
